Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 3 September 2026 · Last updated: 3 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to the iDroidLabTV app (the “Application”) created by iDroidLab (the “Service Provider”) as a free service. By downloading, installing, or using the Application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

What iDroidLabTV is

iDroidLabTV is a media player and library organizer. It lets you add Xtream Codes API accounts or M3U playlists, sync catalogs, browse live TV, movies, and series, manage profiles, continue watching, favorites, My List, search, subtitles, and play content from URLs you provide.

The Application is not a television station, VOD store, or IPTV subscription. We do not provide channels, movies, or series. You must already have lawful access to any stream you play.

Your accounts and content

Profiles and device use

Profiles, optional PINs, and kids filters live on the device. A PIN is not a substitute for device-level parental controls. You are responsible for who can open the Application and which streams they can reach. Kids mode only hides titles that appear to be 18+ / R / TV-MA based on available metadata; it cannot guarantee that every stream is suitable for children.

Advertising

The Application is free and includes advertising, including ads that may be introduced or expanded in later versions (for example banners, interstitials, rewarded ads, or native ads). Ads may be provided by Google AdMob and other partners. You agree that advertisements, including personalized ads where allowed, are part of the service. We may change ad placement, frequency, or partners without issuing a new paid contract. Interfering with ads, including ad blocking inside the Application, may result in limited functionality.

Intellectual property

Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or redistribution of the Application, its trademarks, or its source is prohibited except where mandatory law says otherwise. All rights in the Application remain with the Service Provider. Artwork, titles, and streams you view belong to their respective owners.

Third-party terms

The Application uses third-party services with their own terms:

Your use of those services is also subject to their rules. Playback of YouTube trailers must comply with YouTube’s terms.

Network, device, and availability

Playback, catalog sync, metadata, subtitles, trailers, and ads need a working internet connection. Your mobile operator may charge for data, including roaming. We are not responsible if Wi-Fi or mobile data is unavailable, if your IPTV server is down, or if a stream fails because of DRM, geo-blocking, expired links, or provider limits.

Keep your device charged and updated. Jailbreaking or rooting may prevent the Application from working and increases security risk.

No warranty

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We do not warrant uninterrupted playback, complete catalogs, accurate ratings, or that every feature will work on every device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or claims arising from streams, ads, third-party metadata, or your IPTV provider.

Changes, fees, and termination

We may update the Application, add ads, change features, or charge for optional services. Any future charge will be disclosed before you pay. You agree to install updates when offered. We may stop offering the Application at any time. On termination, you must stop using and may delete the Application. These terms survive for provisions that by nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
